What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including roles such as Scrum Master and Tester
- Support requirements testing and ensure minimal production defects through thorough analysis
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
- Identify and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Agile methodology and project management
- Excellent communication and report writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
