Job Description

- Responsible for processing and reconciling transaction claims.
- Identifies client's rebate and cost variances and creates custom and standard reports for multiple clients in the Medical Device / MedTech industries.
- Conducts sales data analysis and prepares forecasts and variance reports for client presentations.
- Produces custom deliverables to meet client reporting needs.
- Translates client production files into appropriate tables and validates data.
- Creates and maintains documentation.
- Coordinates and conducts annual business review with clients.
- Works cross functionally to coordinate change requests between client, IT staff, technical support, management, and sales.
- BA/BS degree in areas of healthcare and/or information systems, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience with medical/surgical products and/or medical device manufacturers and/or previous Business Systems Analysis experience from the Medical Device or MedTech industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, required.
- SQL and Oracle experience highly preferred.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Strong database experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer relations experience.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,700.00 - $106,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
