      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce documentation including product requirements, functional designs, and user interface specifications
      - Research customer needs and legislative changes to identify opportunities for product improvement
      - Analyze payroll tax forms and related laws to ensure software accuracy
      - Collaborate with software engineers to implement design decisions and manage product backlog
      - Participate in Scrum ceremonies and communicate with various teams to ensure alignment on product features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in U.S. payroll and/or income tax compliance
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive milestones and work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience testing, supporting, or developing software products
      - Working knowledge of software development methodologies and industry experience
