What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and specifications
- Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Agile Methodology
- Solve complex issues and collaborate with peers and vendors to ensure service level agreements are met
- Document workflow changes and recommend technical/functional solutions to support business needs
- Participate in the creation and management of project plans for high-complexity projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology related field or four years of equivalent experience in information technology, clinical, or healthcare insurance
- Minimum of three years as an expert user of targeted systems in use or three years providing business systems analyst support
- Demonstrated understanding of the business/healthcare environment and data processes
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to document and detail complex requirements and solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Medicare products and enrollment processes
- Proficiency in writing SQL statements for database queries
- Experience in creating wireframes and UI designs
- Familiarity with writing acceptance criteria using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Two or more years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare setting
