What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as HubSpot admin, supporting and creating workflows, custom properties, and integrations to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and share insights
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations process from lead generation to customer retention
- Ensure data quality across systems and develop reporting for informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and streamline the customer lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, computer science, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience with a CRM as a power user or admin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or a tech start-up environment
- Knowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goals
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth
