What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Plan resources to define business requirements and translate them into system requirements
- Create quality artifacts and documentation following project management methodologies
- Provide input for operational metrics and impact analysis on system changes
- Resolve system processing issues by conducting root cause analysis and managing communication with stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency for internal and Plan teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience related to software development lifecycle methodology
- At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8 years of combined experience in software development and software implementations on mainframe, mid-tier, and integrated applications
- Knowledge of TSO, file transfer, and other Mainframe and Mid-Tier server technologies, including JCL
- Ability to create trusted relationships with customers and manage engagement on joint priorities
