Business and Finance | Procurement Shared Service CenterThe Business Transaction and Services Coordinator will provide fiscal and compliance support to the Procurement Shared Services Center. Serves as administrative point of contact for faculty and staff for assigned customer groups. Exercises sound judgment in independently managing and administering workload within assigned requests. Interprets and communicates university guidelines, policies, and procedures, and industry best-practices to faculty, staff, suppliers and guests of the university.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) years of experience working in a business administration role, financial or procurement environment. At least one (1) year of customer service and problem-solving experience, and/or one (1) year of demonstrated experience in reviewing business transactions in a financial management system (preferably Workday). Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to follow through and high attention to detail. Understand the importance and value in providing exceptional service to all stakeholders. Capable of multi-tasking and problem-solving. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a high volume and deadline driven environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

The Target Hiring Range for this position is $18.61 to $24.81 per hour.
