      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and execute project work plans while adapting to changing needs and requirements
      - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of relocation and logistics projects
      - Develop Requests for Proposals, analyze bids, and provide strategic recommendations to clients
      - Communicate regularly with internal and external customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
      - Supervise physical moves and vendor performance against client-approved Service Level Agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree, Project Management Certification, or related discipline OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
      - Ability to prepare and track overall project budgets and schedules
      - Strong working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office Suite, including Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Willing and able to travel up to 30%

      - Experience in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously
      - Knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture or space planning conceptual plans
      - Demonstrated customer/vendor relationship building experience
      - Self-motivated with the ability to deliver tools and processes by scheduled dates
      - Strong organizational skills
