      ICG Production Management (also known as Technology Production Support) is a growing organization with more than 3,000 employees and contract workers. The Business Management Office is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financials, Headcount, Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes, as well as providing ongoing support to the ICG Technology Production Support Leadership Team.

      We are looking for a Senior Business Unit Manager to join the Production Management Business Office and provide business management support to one our Tech Production Support portfolios, as well as being a key Business Office resource supporting the Production Support Management Office. This is a global role reporting to the Business Office Lead.

      Key Responsibilities Include:

      Functional Responsibilities

      • Resource Management: Working with Senior Management, Recruiting, Finance and Vendor Management to understand and track headcount, identify trends and resolve issues as they emerge in addition to ensuring, accuracy in reporting, onboarding and termination of resources

      • Managing financial reporting, monthly analysis and forecasting activities, client chargebacks, payments, as well as accruals, and the yearly budgeting process including program and project level forecasting analysis, in addition to ad hoc requests

      • Serving as a business partner to Finance, Human Resources, Vendor Management and the Technology Staffing Office

      • Acting as a trusted advisor to Technology PM Line of Business (LOB)

      • Promote process improvement in all areas involved; Create and maintain process standards/ methodologies and best practices. Identify automation/efficiency opportunities where possible

      • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

      • Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives

      • Managing LOB strategic cost reduction, investment and location strategic initiatives

      • Participating in and providing support for significant Operations ad-hoc projects and Production Support initiatives

      Required Skills and Competencies

      • Experience in Business Management roles within an international Financial Institution

      • Headcount and financial forecasting experience

      • Highly proficient in MS Excel and Power Point

      • Analytical mind set with a data-driven, structured approach to driving progress

      • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

      • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

      • Ability to think independently, evaluate, negotiate and structure updates suitable for senior / executive management across a wide variety of topics associated with organizational initiatives

      • A team player, good work ethic and willingness to get involved and drive progress

      • Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

      • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex budgets / financials

      • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative

      • Ability to manage deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures

      • MBA, CPA/CFA, PMP, CSM or Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus

      • Familiarity with Citi systems e.g. project management tracking system (PTS-2.0), financial & headcount reporting system (Renault) are a plus
