Job Description
- Req#: 559796
- Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
- Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
- Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.
- Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.
- Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
- Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- Present a professional and clean appearance at all times
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
- Previous experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
