      3001 Maple Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201. Apply now and then come by for an interview!

      Responsibilities

      Butcher position prepares meat for consumer use using a wide variety of processes. Position may be responsible for handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, or tenderizing cuts of meat, but the employee is also often in charge of packaging, weighing and labeling products. Employee will work with beef, poultry, pork, lamb, or seafood, and they may be responsible for creating specialized meat products.

      • Communicate with Receiver if quality/quantity of product is not up to standards
      • Keep a clean and organized work station
      • Breaking down meat and portion product
      • Store and organize product with department of health standards
      • Assist chef in logging waste and repurposing excess
