Job Description
- Req#: R-94180
- Manage the supply chain for small to medium size suppliers. This includes the development and execution of the supplier strategy to balance overall supply risks, continuity of supply, quality, price, delivered value, and access to innovation.
- Develop and execute annual negotiations with suppliers by leveraging industry, supplier and product knowledge, market trends, cost models, input costs, volume, quality, and supplier performance to achieve desired results.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external senior and middle management in smaller multinational, regional suppliers, and local suppliers in order to influence business decision-making, address critical regulatory, capacity, quality or other supply issues that could cause business interruption if not resolved expediently.
- Enable supply chain and procurement effectiveness by developing and applying tools and KPIs .
- The position will be responsible for accurately populating and maintaining all commercial details for their portfolio in the Strategic Ingredient Supply data management tools and for the creation and execution of annual supply agreements.
- Proficient in problem resolution
- Strong analytical abilities, including using data and digital tools to derive valuable insights (productivity, negotiation) and proficiency in technology (Power BI, Excel, etc.
- Familiar with sourcing plans, supply chain management, manufacturing, R&D, CPS, FM, and QA
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team-based setting
- Capable of precise oral and written communication, including the ability to facilitate suitable dialogue at every organizational level
- Possesses the ability to exert personal influence and foster relationships based on value
- Undergraduate degree required
- Three t o five years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or analytics.

Job Description Summary:
This role part of our Strategic Ingredient Supply team will be based at our office in Atlanta or our Ireland offices in Ballina or Drogheda. We are not offering relocation .
The job involves assessing and choosing suppliers who align with our organization's quality, price, and reliability standards. This includes evaluating bids, tenders, and proposals from suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms, interpreting inventory demands, production schedules, etc. It also comprises tracking the status of purchase orders with the suppliers to ensure they are delivered on time.
