  What You’ll Do

  • Create a fun, clean, safe, and professional environment that reflects the company’s vision, mission, & values.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and using software for inventory, scheduling, payroll, and email.
  • Participate in monthly manager and store meetings and work closely with owners to support store success.
  • Be available to work on Saturdays and holidays
  • Focus on sales performance by prioritizing the sales floor during peak hours and setting daily, monthly, and annual goals to drive profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and provide ongoing training to team members.
  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff while addressing performance issues when necessary.
  • Lead and motivate staff
  • Manage labor within budget, adjust staffing levels as needed, and delegate tasks effectively based on team strengths.
  • Ensure attractive product displays and follow inventory control and merchandising guidelines from national brands and supervisors.
