      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer...


      In this role, you will:

      • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
      • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
      • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
      • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
      • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
      • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Required Qualifications, International:

      • Overall 7+ years of IT industry experience
      • Working experience in client-side technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS
      • Working experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, Kendo UI, Razor Pages, Angular 9, LINQ, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and ADO.NET
      • Experience with Web API / Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML, Json)
      • Experience in developing applications using SQL Server database
      • Experience with Visual Studio 2019 / 2022
      • Sound knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit and Moq
      • Experience with Automated Testing using Selenium and SpecFlow a plus
      • Understands and appreciates clean coding principles and design patterns
      • Working experience using an agile development process (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
      • Independent, pro-active and extremely keen on learning and picking up new skills on their own
      • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and be an inclusive team player
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Working experience in Azure DevOps / Jenkins is a plus
      • Working experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry is a plus
      • Prior experience in migrating applications to .Net Core is a plus
      • Familiarity with OpenID and OAuth is a plus
      • Prior experience in any reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
      • Prior experience in any ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus


      Job Expectations:

      • Full stack web application development across the technology stack (e.g. Front end, web APIs, and database)
      • Collaborate with teams to build high-performing web applications
      • Assist in support and enhancements of existing applications
