Take ownership of the present technology stack, in order to plan and execute the evolution of the software architecture, based on multiple and interconnected front-end and backend modules
Debug and refactor the software suite
Implement extensive Cybersecurity best practices
Develop and debug algorithms for advanced radiology image processing and visualization
Create and process documentation and automated tests
Liaise with external engineering teams to plan for execution of V&V and implementation tasks
Cooperate with upper management for the augmentation of the software development team
Excellent knowledge and mastery of the C++ language and the QT library for the development of complex applications (not embedded software)
Good command of Design Patterns
Great understanding of the DICOM standard for image processing and manipulation
Mastery of Concurrency and Parallel Programming
Deep understanding of networking protocols and technologies (IP, ISO/OSI, TCP stack)
Good knowledge of the Windows (10) and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) Operating Systems
Knowledge of the founding principles of software engineering and, preferably, of "Test Driven Development" techniques
GPU programming skills: knowledge of meshes, textures, and shaders
Excellent command of written English language and good command of spoken English language
Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of Medical device software development life cycle processes according to IEC 62304
Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience level
5+ years of professional experience

As part of our Operating Room Integration team, you will help provide highly innovative integration solutions for Operating Rooms and medical facilities. Our vision is focused on new ways to improve the daily operations of the surgical teams.
This role will be embedded in the R&D team and involved in the development of innovative solutions for the surgical environment. You will put your experience at the service of the development team to raise the technical level and create unique products.Position Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a main role in the design, development, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art radiological imaging platform software. You will be leveraging your expertise in C++ and QT/QML to create robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet the complex requirements of the medical industry. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles and best-practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong passion for building high-quality software.
