      Overview

      Under direct supervision of the C-Store Supervisor. Provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers. Sells and services customers by utilizing knowledge of company products.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

      • Must be 18 years of age or older.
      • Six months of cash handling or customer service experience.
      • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
      • Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
      • Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
      • Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.
      • Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

      Responsibilities

      JOB DUTIES:

      • Processes retail sales and cash register transactions.
      • Restocks shelves and maintains merchandise and visual display standards, ensuring a neat, clean and organized store at all times.
      • Greets guests with a positive and friendly manner.
      • Sells merchandise, suggests selections that meet the customer’s needs, advises customers on merchandise price and features.
      • Operates cash register to conduct sales transactions, handles cash and makes change as requires.
      • Displays merchandise in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures.
      • Ensures that stock levels are maintained and displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
      • Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping.
      • Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
      • Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch while performing duties.
      • Use of hands to finger, handle, and feel.
      • Use of hands and arms to reach and grab.
      • Occasional requirement to lift or move upwards of 50 pounds.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT

      • Work is general performed in a retail setting with a moderate noise level.
      • Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
