      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Operational Adherence: Follow cash handling procedures. Greet guests, complete sales transactions and perform other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift while maintaining a sincere, caring and personable image for the guest and team. Maintain organizational standards of quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation and safety.
      • Maintain product knowledge: Know the products, presentations, and prices of all products and specials.
      • Complete cleaning and stocking (restocking) duties in accordance with the appropriate daily operating procedure.
      • Prepare and/or restock any necessary fresh condiments.
      • Responsible for the proper use of gloves, utensils, and portion size of each item, including temperature of all products, and the quality presentation of all products.
      • Greet guests. Engage in additional conversation with guest while performing duties. Assist other stations when able.
      • Opening, Shift Change and Closing: Perform cleaning, set-up and breakdown duties as directed by management and position requirements.
      • Ensure inventory control/protection of organizational assets.
      • Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
      • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.

      Physical Demands

      • Requires the ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
      • Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make fine discrimination in sound.
        • Constantly requires verbally expressing or exchanging ideas of important instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
        • Constantly requires working with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm.
        • Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
        • Often requires walking or moving about to accomplish tasks.
        • Occasionally requires standing and/or sitting for sustained periods of time.
        • Occasionally requires ascending or descending stairs or ramps using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
        • Occasionally requires raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally.
        • Occasionally requires stooping which entails the use of the lower extremities and back muscles. Infrequently requires crouching.
        • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

        While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally exposed to tobacco smoke, moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. Subject to exposure of environmental conditions which may include extreme heat, cold and wet/humid/windy conditions.
