      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
      - Schedule and manage patient access to clinical services in the Connected Care Center
      - Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) for patient encounters
      - Conduct financial screening and verify patient eligibility for healthcare coverage
      - Prepare for patient visits and coordinate necessary accommodations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience in a medical office setting with high-volume direct patient contact
      - Thorough knowledge of PAS policies and procedures
      - Basic computer skills, including word processing and online scheduling
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong customer service orientation and effectiveness in confrontational customer interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or advanced degree
      - Two plus (2+) years of patient scheduling experience
      - Experience working with an electronic health record, preferably Epic
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Two plus (2+) years experience working in healthcare, preferably in Urology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, GI, or Imaging
