- Lead and track the planning and implementation of C5ISRO II Contract Specialized Service projects
- Develop security plans (CSPs) and coordinate changes with appropriate Special Security Office (SSO) contacts
- Facilitate, coordinate, and ensure project scope, goals and deliverables remain on track
- Coordinate project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full-scale complex project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Plan and schedule project timelines to include integration of international supply chain tracking and Team personnel travel
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to the project team; keep senior Government Intel and supported Command officials always informed
- Provide quality assurance oversight
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Originate/present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Provide project evaluations and assessment of results, and provide monthly status reports
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Construction, Systems, Network, or Electrical Engineering) with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
- TS/SCI Clearance required on day one
- Experience as a Site Security Manager (SSM) or direct security experience supporting DoD SCIF renovation/construction projects
- Certified or have experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) or direct engineering experience supporting DoD SCIF renovation/construction projects
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be customer service oriented, and possess demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
- Must be able to present updates and briefings to senior leaders coherently
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Experience using MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management software
- Experience with projects requiring Intelligence Community Directive 705-1 certification and compliance
- Experience with Pacific Air Force Organization, structure, units, and operations throughout the Pacific
Leidos National Security Sector has an exciting career opportunity as a Project Manager with practical experience in Construction Surveillance Technician/Site Security Management to be based out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific PACAF C5ISRO II Specialized Service Projects throughout the Pacific Area of Operations with a focus on consistency within PACAF/A2 security requirements. Must possess direct practical experience with SCIF renovations, Network/System Infrastructure upgrades, and have Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) and Site Security Manager (SSM) experience and/or certification. This is an exciting opportunity to support our nation’s Pacific Air Forces throughout the Pacific.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
