What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and landlord-tenant disputes
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions
- Participate in trial preparation and represent clients in court as needed
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy development
- Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates on case progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- JD from an accredited law school
- CA Bar Admission
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation (personal injury, premises liability, product liability, landlord-tenant disputes, or other general liability cases)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience on the defense side of civil litigation
- Trial experience is a plus
