- Interpret architectural and shop drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise project specifications.
- Set up woodworking machines, including saws, milling, and sanding equipment, to manufacture components.
- Lift and secure large wood pieces onto machines for processing.
- Operate woodworking machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools efficiently to complete tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, oiling, and blade replacements.
- Assist in the installation of completed pieces when required.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Experience in setting up and operating woodworking machines.
- Capability to perform routine maintenance on woodworking machinery.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- 10 years of experience in the woodworking industry, preferably in a shop or design field.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and design.
- Familiarity with CNC design software.
- Experience with Biesse CNC machines is a plus.
- Ability to conduct material take-offs and quantify materials.
- Physical ability to move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
