  TITLE: CADD Drafter

  COMPANY: SQUAN DEPARTMENT (S): Engineering/Drafting DIRECT REPORTs: None Pay Rate: $18-24 per hour U.S. Citizenship required. POSITION SUMMARYSQUAN is seeking a motivated and dedicated CAD Drafter eager to join our team and learn CADD Drafting Techniques. In this role, you will support our design and engineering teams by creating detailed technical drawings, diagrams, and layouts based on project specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is new to the field and eager to develop their CAD skills in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities:o Prepare and revise CAD drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD or similar softwareo Work closely with senior drafters and designers to understand project requirements and specificationso Make adjustments to drawings as required based on feedback from design engineering teamso Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and company quality guidelineso Enthusiasm for learning and gaining expertise in CADD Drafting.o Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during drafting.o Qualifications:o Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyo Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environmento Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environmento Produce quality work in a timely mannero Willing to work in a team setting in office at Conway, AR five days a week.o Flexibility to adapt to industry/client changeso Other duties as assigned Education Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS• Additional certifications or coursework related to telecommunications and CADD• Prior internship in CAD drafting
