      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert and technical contact for Cadence and Prelude applications, leading projects and end-user support
      - Collaborate with clinic teams and IT professionals to implement and optimize the EHR system and integrated technologies
      - Provide education to users on system usage to ensure compliance with registration, scheduling, and billing standards
      - Assist in troubleshooting daily workflow issues and provide direct support to end-users
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
      - Minimum of two (2) years in a similar role supporting Epic Cadence-based workflows in a healthcare setting
      - Epic Cadence proficiency or certification is required
      - Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is strongly preferred
      - Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and team members
