      Position - FEA Engineer Wipro is looking for a skilled and motivated engineer with a proven record of innovation in the field of CAE analyses. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of automotive systems. He/she should work as a team player who introduces new ideas and methods, advises on best practices and works with others to deliver new products to customers. Primary Duties: ? Conduct linear and non-linear finite element analysis of drivetrain components and subsystems ? Modify 3D solid models, perform meshing, and create finite element models ? Interpret results, make recommendations, and write reports ? Optimize designs using FEA results ? Support department in continuous improvement activities ? Interface with all disciplines including Advanced, Product, Applications, Manufacturing/Assembly, Design & Development. ? Support development of simulation procedures and methodologies for the department. ? Contribute to, help define, and lead applied R&D projects for driveline FEA. Requirements: ? Batchelor?s / Master?s degree in mechanical/Automobile engineering from renowned educational institutes. ? 4-6 years of experience using ABAQUS or other FEA code, required ? 4-6 years of experience with Hyper mesh or Abaqus CAE, required ? Experience in drivetrain engineering, Thermal management products like engine oil coolers or related field, preferred ? Expert knowledge of structural finite element methods, required ? Strong computer skills with programming and scripting experience, preferred ? Strong workload management and follow-up skills ? Good mechanical aptitude and strong analytical ability. ? Good oral and written communication skills ? Must be capable of performing day to day duties with limited supervision ? Ability to work in a team environment CAE Modeling
