      Job Description

      Shift: Graves - Shift Differential Eligible

        • Interpret, support, and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
        • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information related to Ameristar and its guests.
        • Lead the recruitment, training, coaching, development, and scheduling of direct reports to ensure optimal team performance.
        • Foster continuous professional development for both self and team members, offering guidance and support to enhance skills and career growth.
        • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, or direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
        • Oversee the scheduling and training of cashier staff to ensure operational efficiency and excellent guest service.
        • Stay informed about current property events and effectively communicate relevant information to guests and Casino Services Representatives.

      Qualifications

        • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting.
        • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
        • In-depth knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
        • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
        • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
        • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
