- This is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with unformed appearance standards while on duty
- Redeem gaming instruments, cash checks, and supply information to guests
- Assure the security of company funds; provide accurate and courteous guest service
- Maintain and assure the proper routing of the department’s paperwork.
- Balance the window impress total, sell checks and gaming instruments to the main banker
- Provide an outlet of sales and redemption of chips for internal and external guests (ex. main bank, fill bank and jackpot/fill window)
- Maintain a neat, safe and organized work area
- Ability to communicate, understand and write English
- Ability to work with interruptions
- Excellent math skills are required
- Must have ten-key (calculator) skills
- Must have good communication and guest service skills
- Data entry/computer skills are required
- Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of questionable association.
- Must be prepared to work over-time, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- High School diploma required
- Some college classes or degree preferred
- Previous casino Cage or cash handling experience preferred
