Calibration Supervisor- Greenville SC
Lockheed Martin is seeking someone to supervise the Greenville Operations Calibration / Non-Destructive Inspection Labs. The successful candidate will write calibration procedures and policies, generate purchase requisitions for outside calibration service providers, provide status for tools that are at the outside calibration service providers, lead the investigation of Out of Tolerance Notifications, research and purchase test equipment for the labs. Manage work flow of calibrated items to ensure production and sustainment have calibrated tools available for use.
They will also supervise Non-Destructive Inspection.
Must be a United States citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. - Experience writing Calibration procedures
- Leadership experience - Experience with SAP
- Experience with Investigating Out of Tolerance Tools
- Experience with Non-Destructive Inspection
- Associates Degree in Metrology or Completion of DoD Metrology Training
- Aviation Experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, diverse workforce in addition to internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Ability to create, monitor and report on all Calibration operating metrics
