      Description

      PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

      The Call Center Agent (Recruiter 2) is responsible for providing the highest level of internal and external customer service through multiple communication channels for Carter BloodCare (CBC) and contracted blood center clients. This includes answering donor questions and helping to resolve concerns.

      This position recruits donors for all special orders, completes administrative tasks and special projects, fills in for Recruiter 1s, and assists with training. The Call Center Agent (Recruiter 2) guides, mentors, and supports a team of Recruiter 1 employees with recruitment best practices and answers questions about day-to-day activities.

      Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.

      Qualifications


      EDUCATION

      • High School Diploma or equivalent, required

      • Bilingual (Spanish), preferred

      EXPERIENCE

      • Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience

      • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience

      • Training experience, preferred

      • Must be able to perform the essential functions of a Recruiter 1 position

      SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

      • Excellent customer service skills, including service recovery

      • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

      • Ability to work as a team to complete assigned tasks

      • Strong, active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Excellent ability to maintain focus and remain on task

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), call center software programs and equipment
