      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming calls for the employer's central call center
      - Operate the ticketing system to route calls and close tickets
      - Assist with inquiries from external callers
      - Meet customer service team call handling goals
      - Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional telephone and email etiquette

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - 2-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency with email and computer software for word processing and spreadsheets
      - Strong customer service skills and the ability to listen actively
      - Experience with Zendesk or other customer service ticketing systems is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with behavioral healthcare services
      - Multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
      - Knowledge of community resources for individuals with disabilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
