What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Adhere to the Privacy Act and maintain knowledge of tollway regulations and policies
- Update customer accounts accurately and document phone inquiries
- Process credit card payments while assisting customers
- Gather data for problems solving and communicate solutions to customers
- Navigate between multiple systems to assist customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clear and professional English speaking skills
- 1 to 2 years of call center experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple data screens
