What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the customer experience by promptly answering dealer inquiries while adhering to call quality expectations
- Ensure high dealer satisfaction by taking ownership of inquiries and providing accurate updates until resolution
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to address part availability needs
- Provide detailed documentation of all correspondences to track dealer inquiries and resolutions
- Support dealers by troubleshooting urgent issues and reducing Total Vehicle Downtime (TVD)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within an office setting
- Ability to work flexible schedules with rotating shifts between 7 AM and 6 PM Central Time, including occasional weekends
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
- Familiarity with general customer service policies and internal systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to process changes driven by business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and typing speed of 50 words per minute
