What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact in the call center for new and current patients
- Manage calls from patients requiring medical care and gather necessary information
- Create, update, and access confidential patient data in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Facilitate the appointment process by ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Communicate effectively with all departments to minimize wait times and enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Friendly and professional phone presence with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks
- Previous experience in a call center or healthcare services is a plus
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred
