What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle all inbound telephone calls regarding individual and business tax compliance and general inquiries
- Resolve Tier 1 level issues effectively and efficiently
- Review taxpayer accounts and verify key information
- Educate taxpayers on online resources and current tax policies
- Document actions taken in multiple systems and meet performance expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
