What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate patient access into hospital and clinical systems through scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, and payment collection
- Utilize knowledge of third-party payors and Medicare billing practices
- Provide primary customer service to patients and their families
- Conduct insurance verification and billing practices
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Registration, Hospital Billing, and Scheduling
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar healthcare access role
- Additional certifications in healthcare administration
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
