      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver extraordinary service by answering inbound calls and resolving member inquiries with professionalism and empathy
      - Assist members with day-to-day banking needs, including account inquiries and online banking support
      - Promote products and services by identifying member needs and recommending suitable solutions
      - Educate members on digital tools to help them bank confidently and independently
      - Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and uphold compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous customer service experience is required; contact center, retail banking, or hospitality experience is preferred
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and convey information clearly
      - Ability to handle a high volume of member interactions with patience and accuracy
      - Comfort with technology, including navigating multiple systems and troubleshooting digital platforms
      - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling member concerns

      - Experience in a contact center or retail banking environment
      - Familiarity with digital banking tools and platforms
      - Proven track record of meeting performance goals in a customer service setting
