What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities in a supportive manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances
- Meet or exceed established productivity and metric goals
- Follow procedures to resolve patient account balances and set up payment plans
- Document all conversations electronically on company and/or client systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- High integrity and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, and FDCPA
- Experience with medical billing or claims processing
- Proficiency in PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in various situations, including escalated issues
