      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the work of Call Center Triage Nurses, including monitoring staff competencies and conducting performance appraisals
      - Ensure all staff are adequately trained and organized, providing additional training as needed
      - Manage scheduling and staffing for Call Center Triage Nurses, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
      - Perform quality reviews on staff work and recorded calls, managing call data and reports
      - Address internal and external complaints, maintaining compliance logs and compiling monthly reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan
      - Bachelor’s degree or graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program; experience in triage preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a triage nurse
      - Ability to effectively supervise and manage a team in a Call Center environment
      - Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to utilize electronic medical records and other software

      - Knowledge of billing and managed care services
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
      - Experience working collaboratively with diverse populations and organizational members
