What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound calls for refill requests, investigate refill statuses, and fulfill medication renewal requests
- Contact patients to assist them in obtaining medication refills from various pharmacies
- Make outbound calls to pharmacies on behalf of patients when necessary
- Coordinate with care teams to address barriers preventing patients from receiving refills
- Document patient requests and updates accurately in electronic platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US work authorization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish; medical Spanish is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Experience in a remote work environment
