What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using the Opus Health program
- Field requests related to card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting submission rejections
- Provide initial support for customer inquiries via telephone, email, and fax
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
