What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments
- Guide emotional conversations with compassion and professionalism
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for work every day for the entire duration of shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in veterinary care or animal-related services
- Familiarity with call center technologies and customer service best practices
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations
