What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment
- Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while guiding emotional conversations
- Attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for the entire duration of scheduled shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in veterinary or animal care settings
- Familiarity with call center software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage emotional conversations effectively
- Previous experience with remote customer service roles
