      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle member service engagements through phone calls, chat, video calls, and secured emails in a professional manner
      - Address member inquiries regarding accounts, loans, and credit union products and services
      - Identify and recommend product or service options that best fit members' needs
      - Resolve or escalate complaints through appropriate channels
      - Process member requests, including funds transfers, stop payments, and card replacements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a financial institution
      - Call center or strong member telephone experience is required
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
      - Knowledge of standard accounting practices and regulations in financial institutions
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
      - Proficient in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software quickly
      - Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task effectively
      - Good credit history
