What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 70-90 calls per day
- Schedule appointments and address inquiries, complaints, or problems from callers
- Provide efficient and accurate responses, ensuring callers feel supported
- Utilize software, databases, and tools effectively to assist clients
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred or 0-1 year of call center experience
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and customer service basics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
