What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 70-90 calls per day
- Schedule appointments and address inquiries, complaints, and problems from callers
- Provide timely and efficient service while maintaining excellent customer support
- Engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information and diffuse client concerns
- Utilize software and tools effectively to meet call center metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred or 0-1 year of call center experience
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and customer service basics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
- Experience in a call center environment
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
