What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet families seeking services
- Answer high volume customer service calls in a remote work environment
- Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Guide emotional conversations with compassion and empathy
- Adhere to productivity, quality, and performance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs
- Previous work-from-home experience or experience with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail
- Must attend mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual background
- Previous call center experience
