What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively listen to patient needs to convert inquiries into booked appointments while achieving high satisfaction scores
- Engage empathetically with patients, particularly those in pain or distress, to ensure their needs are prioritized
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinic staff to enhance the patient experience
- Inform patients about insurance, financing options, and set clear expectations for their appointments
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call handling, productivity, and patient satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; a college degree is preferable
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience and at least 1 year of inbound contact center experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a call center or telesales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Typing aptitude of 50-70 WPM
- Experience working in positions with measurable success based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrated tenure in previous positions of at least 2-3 years
- Strong technical skills with experience working across multiple systems and applications
- Ability to multi-task while engaging in conversation and following protocols
