What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively listen and address patient needs to convert inquiries into booked appointments while achieving high patient satisfaction scores
- Engage with patients empathetically, providing reassurance and comfort, particularly in sensitive situations
- Utilize technology to create a personalized experience and foster a local feel for patients
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinic staff to enhance the patient experience
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call handling, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience, including 1 year in an inbound contact center
- At least 1-2 years in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a call center or telesales environment
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home with a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Typing aptitude of 50-70 words per minute
- Experience in roles where success is measured by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrated tenure in previous positions of at least 2-3 years
- Ability to multi-task while engaging in conversations and following protocols
- Receptivity to coaching and understanding of personal development opportunities
