      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and assist callers with inquiries related to City Colleges of Chicago's academic programs
      - Respond to requests for information via telephone, live chat, and email
      - Coach students on educational planning, curriculum choices, and financial assistance processes
      - Maintain ongoing relationships with campus staff to stay updated on marketing and academic components
      - Conduct call campaigns to support recruitment and retention efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent education and three years of experience in customer service; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Must provide a stable internet connection with a speed of at least 300 Mbps for remote work
      - Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and administrative skills
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends

      - Knowledge of City Colleges of Chicago’s marketing functions and operations
      - Experience in a higher education environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle situations with tact and diplomacy
