What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to over 25 account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues
- Assist in completing lost/stolen reports, blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further fraudulent activity
- Build credit card replacement orders and manage shipping materials
- Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 2 years
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work on camera during work hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
