      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing and locksmith services
      - Ensure member safety by understanding the nature of their distress and documenting details accurately
      - Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
      - Relay critical information to expedite the dispatching process for emergency services
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the Emergency Roadside Service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call environment
      - Strong empathy and desire to assist individuals in distress
      - High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
      - Advanced computer and multitasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
      - Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
